Return & Replacement Policy
Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligible for Return/Replacement:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong product delivered
- Size or color mismatch (if different from what was ordered)
- Manufacturing defects
Not Eligible for Return:
- Products worn, washed, or used
- Products without original tags and packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Change of mind after 7 days
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at support@xyxx.shop with your order number and reason for return
- Include clear photos of the product and packaging
- Our team will review and approve within 24 hours
- Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup or provide return instructions
Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer (provide bank details)
Replacement Process:
- Replacement products are shipped within 48 hours of approval
- No additional shipping charges for replacements due to our error
Return Shipping:
- Free return pickup for defective/wrong products
- Customer bears return shipping for size/color exchanges (if customer error)
