Shipping Information
Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery Coverage: We deliver PAN-India to all serviceable pin codes.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Other cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- Orders below ₹999: ₹99 shipping fee
Shipping Partners: We use trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post for reliable delivery.
Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order is shipped. Track your order using the link provided.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all orders. COD orders require OTP verification at the time of delivery.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Address Changes: Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to change the delivery address. After dispatch, address changes are not possible.
